ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENTS
Phase I, II & III Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) are typically performed to assist in identifying existing and/or potential sources of negative environmental impact that may be associated with an existing property under consideration for purchase or redevelopment.
CES provides Environmental Site Assessment services (commonly referred to as environmental audits) to communities, regional governments, counties, states and private industry. ESA services are completed in accordance with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards including the Transaction Screen Process (E 1528) and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process (E 1527).
We understand the impact that an environmental study can have and incorporate these concerns into our analysis. CES also offers a unique Preliminary Site Review (PSR) that includes a site visit, discussion with the client and development of a proposal including costs for a modified Phase I audit report. This approach gives the client economical up-front information.
